There can be a couple reasons that your account in Classroomparent is marked not to send emails to you:
- You or someone you have forwarded a ClassroomParent email to accidentally clicked on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the email
- Classroomparent was not able to deliver an email to your email address (your mailbox was full, your ISP was temporarily not available, you previously marked a ClassroomParent message as spam, among others)
To fix this, you must log into your ClassroomParent account and change your email preferences from Do Not Send to Send Email.
If you have never created an account on ClassroomParent, you will need to first register as a user.
