I don't seem to be receiving email from ClassroomParent.

If you believe you should have received emails from ClassroomParent but they are not appearing in your email inbox, please check your spam folder (also called a spam filter, or junk mail box, etc). It is possible that your provider considers email from ClassroomParent spam. You should be able to select the email and indicate that it is not spam (or junk mail). How you do this is dependent on your email provider, and the email client you use to read email.
